At No Más Lágrimas – No More Tears, we are neighbors helping neighbors — providing food, diapers, warm meals, and dignity to hundreds of individuals and families across Tompkins County.
Free food giveaway every Thursday, 3-5pm, at Henry St. John at 301 S. Geneva St in Ithaca. Everyone is welcome, no forms or requirements.
We can’t do this without you
Donate money, food, clothes, diapers, baby wipes, toiletries, hygiene products. Volunteer to pick up items and deliver food boxes!
What We Do
Food rescue and distribution
Free fresh, canned and processed food for all; sourced from grocery store and bakery leftovers, and purchased from local farms and the food bank.
Community celebrations
Ana serves up delicious food to bring people together to celebrate holidays.
Youth Programs
Supporting and empowering local youth.
Support for vulnerable and underserved people
Including recently incarcerated people, survivors of domestic violence and unhoused folks.
